“We had JK come out to check on a leaking hot water heater. Sam called to inform me when he would arrive and was arrived when he said he would. He got to work and explained it needed to be replaced. He went and pick up a new one. He worked diligently and carefully explained about what was done. I am very thankful that JK was able to come out the same day and complete the work.
